The Criollo chorizo style «Argentine»It is a fresh sausage made with selected pork and beef, traditional spices such as paprika, garlic, cumin, and oregano, and stuffed into natural casing. Our in-house production preserves the authenticity of the recipe, adding our own special touch. which enhances its characteristic flavor. It is enjoyed mainly roasted, either on the grill or as part of a classic sandwich.
