Australian Wagyu It is one of the most prized premium meats in the world. It comes from cattle with Japanese genetics raised in Australia under strict animal welfare standards and a controlled diet. Its extraordinary Marmoleig, the result of a long grain-feeding period of over 300 days, provides meat with an exceptionally tender texture, juicy and with an intense buttery flavor.
Currently we work with Wagyu Purebred, with approximately one 97% of Wagyu genetics and a 3% Black Angus, a combination that offers extraordinary fat infiltration and a quality very close to the prestigious Japanese Wagyu, but with excellent value for the money. Each cut is graded according to its level of marbling, ensuring a first-class gastronomic experience in every slice.
